How soon can you fit my new aerial?
I'm very flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends - work is often completed on the same or next day of the quote.
What if I'm not happy with the channels I receive?
I will do all humanly possible to get clear, sharp pictures and sound from your TV. I can't control the reception in your area, but I will do all I can to make the most of the received signal.
Why haven't I heard of Alpha Aerials?
We are new and keen to change that! I've been busy doing electrical installations and testing for the last 10 years, mostly locally, including high profile contracts like the Norfolk Constabulary Head Office in Wymondham (you have to undergo very strict security clearances before they even let you on site) and various governmental buildings, down to domestic and retail sites.
Why does a fully qualified Electrician need to do aerials?
Firstly, I don't need to...I want to! I fancied a change and I'm filling a gap in the market at the same time!
Have you fitted aerials before or have any experience?
Throughout the last 10 years, various customers have asked me to install an aerial for them, as part of a re-wire or when installing light or power points in a loft, so I just drifted into this over time. Other installers may have more experience, but I don't doubt my ability to install your aerial to a very high standard.
Are your prices competitive?
Yes! I am repeatedly informed by my customers that my prices are unmatched by my competitors.
What if I only want a cheap aerial?
I'm sorry but I don't and won't install cheap aerials. I do however supply and install quality aerials at the best possible prices!
What area do you cover?
I live in Gorleston, but will take on work all around Norfolk and North Suffolk including Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Gorleston, Hemsby, Acle, Hopton, Pakefield, Norwich and the Broadland Villages. Obviously I can do quotes and surveys in coastal areas quicker.
